WORKSHOP INFORMATION

Meta Peace Team has been teaching violence de-escalation skills to ordinary citizens for nearly 30 years.

As many of us are aware, there is a rising concern for potential violence surrounding the forthcoming Midterm Elections.  This workshop offers some easy-to-use de-escalation skills that both election/poll workers and citizen bystanders may implement to defuse tense situations and increase the likelihood of safety at voting precincts.  This special 4-hour training is being offered on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
